Alexandra Wolf

Alexandra Wolf ist Kulturproduzentin, strategische Konzepterin, Kuratorin und Beraterin an den Schnittstellen von Kultur, Wissenschaft und Technologie. Sie entwickelt Programme, Formate und Räume, in denen komplexe gesellschaftliche und technologische Fragen für unterschiedliche Öffentlichkeiten zugänglich und verhandelbar werden. Von 2016 bis 2023 leitete sie als Festivalleitung und Programmchefin die re:publica Berlin, eines der größten Festivals zur digitalen Gesellschaft in Europa. Heute konzipiert, entwickelt und begleitet sie mit a wolf project Projekte für Kultur- und Wissenschaftsinstitutionen, Festivals und Organisationen. Alexandra hat Biologie, Kultur & Technik sowie Kunstwissenschaft & Kunsttechnologie studiert und verbindet in ihrer Arbeit wissenschaftliche Perspektiven mit kultureller Praxis und gesellschaftlichen Fragen.

Alexandra Wolf is a cultural producer, strategic concept developer, curator and consultant working at the intersections of culture, science and technology. She develops programmes, formats and spaces that make complex societal and technological questions accessible and open to debate for diverse audiences. From 2016 to 2023, she served as Festival Director and Head of Programme of re:publica Berlin, one of Europe’s largest festivals on digital society. Today, through her independent practice a wolf project, she develops and advises on projects for cultural and scientific institutions, festivals and organisations. Alexandra studied Biology, Culture & Technology, and Art History & Art Technology, bringing together scientific perspectives, cultural practice and questions of society in her work.
