Dr. Annika Kreikenbohm holds a PhD in astrophysics and a degree in communication design. Since 2021, Annika has been a consultant at the University of Würzburg, specializing in integrating Extended Reality (XR) in higher education. As a freelance designer and science communicator, Annika focuses on making science more accessible through interactive experiences and workshops using design thinking and co-creation. In 2024, Annika became a lecturer at the National Institute for Science Communication (NaWik), with an emphasis on science visualization and information graphics.
