Monika Lessl

Dr. Monika Lessl is Executive Director of Bayer Foundation and SVP, Head of Corporate R&D and Social Innovation at Bayer AG. She holds a Ph.D in biochemistry and molecular biology and has many years of leadership experience in industry.  She believes that innovation and diversity is the key of driving organizational transformation and societal progression.
