Lukas Grünhaupt

Lukas studied physics and graduated with a PhD from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in 2019. His research focuses on superconduting quantum circuits – a fascinating field in which macroscopic circuits designed and fabricated by the researchers themeselves exhibit quantum mechanical behavior After a postdoc stint at TU Delft in the Netherlands Lukas leads a working group in PTB Braunschweigs’ Quantum Electronics department since August 2022.
