Fernando Gago

Fernando Gago Encinas is a PhD student at the Freie Universität Berlin, where he works on theoretical quantum physics. As a former member of the European training network QuSCo and current member of the ERU-QD, he has been trained in science communication and has been actively involved in outreach activities bringing quantum physics closer to the public. These events include “Science is Wonderful” (Brussels, Belgium), “European Researchers’ Night” (Madrid, Spain), “Lange Nacht der Wissenschaften” (at the FU Berlin) and the Berlin Science Week 2022. Since 2022 he is also part of the organizing team of Pint of Science Berlin.
