Organism Democracy: Constitutional Court


Expanding the political community

Democracy for all? But what if the parliamentary representative of the mollusks or worms is sick or corrupt? The 3rd Organisms Democracy Constitutional Court will review the decisions of its parliament as well as the work of its executive branch for their conformity with the constitution and the Universal Declaration of the Rights of Organisms. On November 2, 2021, visitors to Haus der Kulturen der Welt (HKW, House of World Cultures) can serve as judges of the Organisms Democracy Constitutional Court and decide on complaints by species living as citizens of the Osloer Strasse Organisms Democracy.
