ETH Global Lecture Series: The Robots Are Coming!

ETH Zürich | Chris Luebkeman, Sami Haddadin, Mark Pfeiffer

Join this dialogue to learn more about the latest on the research side of AI, its newest applications, and the importance of using the right data to help robots understand their environments better.

Robots were once the favorite domain of science fiction movies. They are moving out of labs and factories to permeate many parts of our lives. This marks a significant turning point — and this is just the beginning. Robots and artificial intelligence (AI) will play an integral role in achieving the future of technology and innovation, and this will be a worldwide phenomenon.

But how do you get robots from the laboratory out there where we can see them and interact with them? What areas show the highest promise going forward thanks to the acceleration of knowledge and technology in this field? Join this dialogue to learn more about the latest on the research side of AI, its newest applications, and the importance of using the right data to help robots understand their environments better.
