COLLAB – A Game That Fosters Interdisciplinary Collaboration
A playful way to reflect, discuss and analyse different knowledge cultures.
Interdisciplinary research projects allow us to create new connections and to address topics in different ways than i.e. disciplinary or multidisciplinary studies. Nonetheless, interdisciplinary collaboration is also time consuming and difficult and makes successful communication between researchers and institutions crucial. Therefore, self-reflection becomes a valuable tool that can improve communication and enhance and foster interdisciplinary collaboration. We developed „COLLAB – A Game That Fosters Interdisciplinary Collaboration“ which allows interdisciplinary groups to reflect, discuss and analyse their different approaches and knowledge cultures in a playful way.
In this workshop you will be able to play the game online. We introduce our manifesto for good interdiscplinary collaboration and would like to discuss what makes your interdisciplinary projects strive.
